I was told my oil change and rotation would take 45-1hr, an hour later my car was just parked in the back while they took other cars that came after me.. I asked the service guy who was very nice by the way, to just give me my car and then he said that the oil change was free for the inconvenience, but I didn’t realize that it didn’t even have the oil change yet. I will not be going back. More

First of all don’t put on your website that your taking service appts for Labor Day -then send out two appt confirmations. And not be open. Then only to send an email saying I MISSED our appt. Also if you are touching my tires to rotate them common curtesy would be to check my air pressure. My air pressure was lower when I left the service center then when I brought the car in. More
