Usually, we as customers feel a little uneasy about car salesmen, but this was not the case. Mr. Donovan made it feel as if I was on the phone with my own brother or a close relative. He tried explaining everything to me as precisely as he could without misleading. The day I showed up at the dealership from 400 miles away, I was greeted with a big welcome from the whole staff it seemed. The process went smoothly and fast. It seemed like we were there no longer than 45mins to an hour. In the end, I came away very pleased with my new truck and happy that I chose Mr. Donovan and Nash Chevrolet.
