Let me tell you a little about Doug... if you are looking to go anywhere for service to your vehicle that still has factory warranty I would tell you DO NOT GO HERE. 3 seconds to check out your vehicle, spec to go anywhere for service to your vehicle that still has factory warranty I would tell you DO NOT GO HERE. 3 seconds to check out your vehicle, special order part that doesn’t ever come in, then you call and are told the part is available but no loaner car for your issue and then when you call customer service the part magically is not at this location anymore!! Doug is a sneaky rude and disrespectful man who treats women like they don’t know anything about their car. Sexist man, bad service, and rude advisors. STEER CLEAR. More
