I spent 18 years in automotive financial services (GMAC and Manheim), so when I decided it was time to purchase a new truck to replace my 2004 Colorad I spent 18 years in automotive financial services (GMAC and Manheim), so when I decided it was time to purchase a new truck to replace my 2004 Colorado, I did all of the research to find the financing program I wanted to use, and also found a few trucks online at other dealerships that had all the features I wanted. I have known the Nash family for years through my time at GMAC, and they were always considered one of our top dealers (and really nice people), and since I live in Lawrenceville, I decided to see if they would help me with my purchase. I walked into the dealership on a Monday afternoon, said I was interested in purchasing a truck, and they introduced me to Joe Mariscal. He was immediately welcoming, and once I showed him the research I brought with me, he went to work trying to locate one of the trucks I'd picked out at a dealership in TN. Within a day, he'd been able to find out that the truck was available and the dealer was willing to trade vehicles with them so they could deliver this one to me. I took delivery of my new 2020 Colorado Crew Cab LT on Saturday morning. I was introduced to Irene Warren in the F&I Department, and she completed all of my financing paperwork. She was very friendly, organized, and made the paperwork process easy. It was also nice to reminisce about my former life in auto finance with her. The dealer they traded with forgot to include the all weather floor mats that were on the window sticker, so Joe facilitated getting a set ordered for me. They came in mid-week and I went in on Friday afternoon to get the mats and to have a couple of little paint scratches fixed (you can't tell there were any scratches now - their paint touch up guy is good!). Once I was introduced to Joe and he knew what I wanted to buy, he took the reigns and made it all happen. I didn't need to worry about a thing because he had it all handled. He kept me updated through emails and texts and was always quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend Nash Chevrolet and Joe Mariscal to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle because you will get first class service! More
