Best Possible Vehicle Purchase Experience EVER! I will start out by saying that we made a long trip for this new vehicle purchase. We came back to Nash Chevrolet because we have been happy with our I will start out by saying that we made a long trip for this new vehicle purchase. We came back to Nash Chevrolet because we have been happy with our past experiences (this was our third purchase.) It all begins with the leadership of Mr. Ray Rhodes. Mr. Rhodes has assembled a team of true professionals and we had the opportunity to work with many of them during this trip. I recognized many of the staff from our past visits and this, to me, says a lot about the Nash Chevrolet organization. We were introduced to our primary sale associate Mr. Scot Saffold. My wife and I quickly realized that we were in good hands. Mr. Saffold listened to everything we said about what we were looking for in a new vehicle, and we actually ended up buying a different vehicle than what we went there for. This was in large part due to Mr. Saffold's knowledge and understanding of the current Chevrolet offerings. He set up numerous vehicles for us to test drive. We basically filled up the front of the dealership parking lot with several "possibilities." Other team members joined in once we made our purchasing decision. Mr. Joey Parkerson helped stream line the paperwork process and he is a true professional in his own right! We moved to the finance section and met with Mr. David Koegler. Mr. Koegler helped us make the right decision about the extended warranty protection of our new Silverado. Mr. Saffold returned to help complete the process. Our new truck had been cleaned and fully topped off. Mr. Saffold helped familiarize us with all of the new features of our vehicle. I highly recommend Nash Chevrolet and Mr. Saffold for your (if you are reading this then I'm talking to you) next vehicle purchase. Needless to say we are Nash Chevrolet customers for life! More

Quick but thorough I was looking for an suv in my pretty low price range. I found what I wanted on line. Called and talked to Brian. I did not want to spend all day at the dealership. I told him what I needed my payments at and what I could pay down. He told me how to fill out my application online. Once he got everything he submitted it to finance. When he called me back in about an hour everything was worked out and he told me I could come on and get it. I was able to sent him my license and insurance information so he could have the paperwork all ready when I got there. Brian’s co-worker Donovan took me out to see the car and test drive it. Everything was explained in good detail and I was in and out of the finance office. I am thoroughly pleased! I will go to them next time I am looking for a car and I recommend them to all my friends and family! More

I had made the appointment with "Heather" she didn't even get up from her desk to apologize for wasting my time. Nothing wrong with selling, the problem comes in with lack of communication. In a strange way I was happy not to have got the car because if this is how business is conducted, I truely did not miss out on anything. It was a blessing. I just thought I would warn others of about lack of professionalism I experienced. More
