Exceptional Service - start to finish! My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and request for an ePrice - I was connected with Josh Kelly. Initially I was just testing the water as to my options to upgrade from my 2013 Subaru Legacy to a 2016 Legacy with EyeSight and other new safety features. I had my heart set on a specific color and was flexible with the options, to a point. A couple trips (225 miles each way) to Nate Wade Subaru to check out inventory and test drive a few cars - helped set me on the track to purchase. The only difficulty was when I decided on options I wanted and found that there were two cars on the lot appointed as I wanted - but neither in my preferred color. Josh searched other dealers and found there was actually one a short (40 minutes) away which was exactly what I wanted. It was a Saturday - a busy one at Nate Wade, Josh had several customers simultaneously and I never felt that I was anything but his top priority. He took the time to try to contact the other dealership to see if they would do a dealer trade for the car but the other dealership said they were shorthanded and didn't have time. This didn't stop Josh from trying other routes to see if the car was actually available and could be obtained for me. He said if it was he would drive there and get the car for me. Needless to say, the day ended without word from the other dealer so I went home. By the end of the day Sunday, I felt I'd adequately explored my options - between getting the car from the other dealer or selecting one on the lot which had the options but not the exterior/interior color I preferred. I was back on the road to Nate Wade Subaru on Monday morning. I met with Josh briefly to look over the printouts for the different cars, then went to look at the vehicles they had on the lot. Josh went to work to see if they could get the car from the other dealer. Ultimately this dealership agreed, but had changed the price on the car - so I declined. (Sorry to put you through all the Josh!) Instead I purchased the one at Nate Wade even if it wasn't the color I'd originally hoped to find. It is a lovely car (same exterior color as my 2013) and has some really awesome features! Once I'd finally made up my mind, Josh handed me over to Nick Poulos to finalize the paperwork. Nick is quite a character! It was a pleasure getting to know him a little while he walked me through the sea of paperwork. It truly felt like talking with an old friend in the short time in his office. He definitely added a nice personal touch to the process. Thanks so much Nick for the special care and everything! I really enjoyed driving home (3+ hours on the freeway). It was a stormy day and my new Legacy handled the slushy/snowy road with nimble road-hugging reliability that I expect, know and love! Subaru's are the best and Nate Wade Subaru and their staff are top notch! Thank you all! More
Great experience dealing with Nick Smith Nick was laid back, no pressure, and most of all truthful about the condition of the used car that I purchased. I’m a father in my mid 30’s, educated at BYU-Provo UT and working / living in Salt Lake What a refreshing experience dealing with Nate Wade Subaru! I’m a father in my mid 30’s, educated at BYU-Provo UT and working / living in Salt Lake City with my wife and 3 kids (ages 10, 8 and 6). After having our 2000 Buick Regal LS for over a decade (and nearly 200k miles), we decided that it was time to trade it in and get something newer and more reliable. I spent MONTHS researching different cars – I paid for a subscription to Consumer Reports and spent hours reviewing various cars that they tested; I frequently reviewed the Car Complaints and NHTSA websites to see the kinds of issues some cars were causing; I looked at the IIHS crash ratings and reviewed several cars for their crash worthiness and avoidance technologies; I reviewed several car enthusiast websites, read through car manuals and asked family members and friends at work for advice on cars. At the end of almost 1 year of virtual / online research, we narrowed down our choices to two cars, a Subaru Legacy with EyeSight and a non-Subaru sedan. My family and I chose a Saturday to go test drive two cars that we were interested in. My wife and 10-year old daughter were unhappy with the first pick (the non-Subaru) since they were concerned with the reliability of the car. They also considered that the sales guys at that non-Subaru dealer were too pushy as they wanted to sell us a car we didn’t want (the car we wanted to test drive wasn’t on their lot). So with that car knock out of the “bracket”, we were off to Nate Wade Subaru. I got Nate Wade Subaru’s information from the Costco Auto website (I won’t mention more here about them but Costco Auto was VERY helpful during my car research). Mike Johnston first contacted me via text and voice so that I could set up an appointment. Although Mike wasn’t there for our Saturday test drive (Mike was out of town) he sent a text and told me to contact another sales guy - Josh Kelly. We were greeted by many staff members at Nate Wade Subaru, who were very polite and courteous to all of us. They even have a “continental-breakfast” style break area where the kids were able to have a light snack before we went for test drive. My 8 and 6 year old love pop-corn so they were already winning points right there! Josh was there to answer our questions and explain more about the features of the car. My wife and kids (yep, including the 10 year old) all agreed on the car (2016 Legacy Limited with EyeSight) and also praised the friendliness of the Nate Wade Subaru staff, especially Josh Kelly. We returned the following Monday to sign the paperwork with Nick Poulos, and to complete the deal for the new car. Nick gave us a brief tour of the service station and explained the included maintenance from Nate Wade Subaru. My wife and I left there knowing that we had a great car at a great price from a great dealer. I have purchased many cars and this was the most relaxing experience that I have felt. At no point did we feel pressured into buying a specific type or color of car – it was truly our choice and we had the freedom to discuss what we wanted rather than what the dealer wanted to ‘shove’ at us. I would recommend that anyone in Salt Lake (and nearby counties) looking for a Subaru that they go and visit Nate Wade Subaru. We found that the Subaru had the best bang for the buck with reliability, performance, features, safety and price. We left Nate Wade Subaru with a calm feeling that we got an A+ car with A+ safety (almost all 2016 Subaru’s got IIHS Top Safety Pick+) and A+ service. Great job Nate Wade Subaru and thank you! More

Truly a great car buying experience! Josh Kelley was the dealer that helped me find my amazing new Subaru Forester Xt. I had my mind set on something else that I was able to test drice- e Josh Kelley was the dealer that helped me find my amazing new Subaru Forester Xt. I had my mind set on something else that I was able to test drice- even though he wasn't a huge fan of the car I drove, he didn't mention it to me and let me drive it myself. When I came back disappointed, he offered the Forester Xt to me, which I initially thought I would hate... Well I loved it. He knew what I was looking for and was honest with me, and also very knowledgeable. Needless to say I came back the very next day and picked up what is now my brand new car, and I love it! No pressure sales I liked the fact that I was never put under any pressure. Great customer service i couldn't find the Crosstrek I was looking for in California, so after searching everyone's online inventory I found it at Nate Wade.
