However, we had a repair and took it to Nelson Mazda for repair which we have taken all our Mazdas to the dealership for service. First we could never get a hold of the service manager, Zack to find out the status of our Mazda. After the repair, my husband got only about a mile from the dealership and the car died. The car is a 2010 with only 86000 miles. We have never had any problems with it until now. We actually bought the car new at a dealership in Florida. We had asked for a car to drive however all they offered us was a rental car which we knew was going to cost us more money. Luckily we had AAA for the tow because they didn't offer to tow it in either. More was wrong with it. Lonnie the other service manager was there when my husband picked up the car and offered him $15 discount off the total price of $1600 More
The dealership is clean and the staff are very friendly. Everyone wears masks and there is hand sanitizer available. Upon arrival, they offer you water or coffee which is very nice. The service manager greeted us as we pulled up to the service area and took care of everything that we needed to have done. We were there for about forty-five minutes to get an oil change. I only made a phone call about one of the rear view mirrors that was pushed way back. I was afraid I would break it by forcing it back in place.
