First time ever buying a car at a distance. Johnny made it a simple and easy buying experience. He answered any questions I had and never made me feel like my questions were unreasonable. I was very happy with the price given on a 2017 Miata RF and was pleasantly surprised to find that the price given on the car was not subsequently driven up by unreasonable fees like I had seen from other dealers. Johnny set up delivery for a reasonable price and I was very happy when the car carrier drove up to my house. Everything was as described. I cant say enough about this dealer. Easiest car purchase ever! More

Incredibly poor customer service, on several occasions. It seems like they just hate being honest. They sell used cars without disclosing that parts of it are damaged (couple of photos of the vehicle righ It seems like they just hate being honest. They sell used cars without disclosing that parts of it are damaged (couple of photos of the vehicle right after sale). They give you the wrong paperwork for registration and say that they don't have the title (of course, they eventually find it). They make repairs to cars without asking for permission, during a routine oil change (obviously, it takes way more time than expected). They send advertisements after being asked for several times to stop doing it. More
