Awful !!!!! Supposedly I bought a new car ( too bad I got the car at night so I didn't see all the bad details ) , it came without manual book , without the unloc Supposedly I bought a new car ( too bad I got the car at night so I didn't see all the bad details ) , it came without manual book , without the unlocked key for the tires , it was so scratched so the dealer did a big detail ( they left worst !! ) , it was broken1 interior light , the windshield still has many scratched . I always buy new cars and by far this is the worst experienced I ever had . I work in the tourism business so I know peolple all around the world and I will tell them mt experience and I will suggest not to buy Hondas. More

The first time I went to New Century Honda, I was greeted by Mr Jimenez with welcoming arms. He was able to explain to me all of the services that were going to be conducted on my vehicle. I was so relieved I wasnt going to get surprised by anything. He laid it out right in front of me and told me exactly what to expect. I was extremely satisfied front start to finish.
