I called the day before I took my car in. The person I spoke to told me to bring it in the next day. I was there when it opened, and got a tech to check me in right away. My experience in general was pretty good. The only issue I would say i had was when I spoke to a representative(a guy, forgot the name) over the phone regarding a question that I had. Cause the reason for my visit was that I took my car for the "recalled inflator" to be replaced. But I had a question regarding the copy that I was given. And when I was talking to this representative, I felt that he was giving me attitude when I was talking to him. I wish I can remember his name unfortunately, I either forgot or he didn't even say his name...but, anyway I was able to get an actual answer from the person who took my information since the first moment that I took my car...his name is Haybert. He was able to specifically explain and tell me about the question i had regarding my call. Other than that it was a pretty good experience for me...except that guy I spoke to over the phone. More

Lease Buyout - Lack of Transparency I decided to purchase my leased vehicle and the process was relatively simple. I was looking over the sales contract later on and noticed that the sal I decided to purchase my leased vehicle and the process was relatively simple. I was looking over the sales contract later on and noticed that the sale amount did not match the advertised payoff amount. I assumed it was a simple clerical error and we would be able to deal with it. I called the dealership ten times in the next two days and was rarely connected with anyone. No one responded to my email or phone messages. I showed up there out of frustration and was given a fairly curt explanation that ended with "all dealerships do that". I'm thankful that my lease is finished because I'm done with this dealership. More
