I was sent a racist email by internet director DO NOT GO HERE, I GOT SENT A RACIST EMAIL. I went thru TrueCar to find a new car and I was sent a message by the internet director of New Century Hond DO NOT GO HERE, I GOT SENT A RACIST EMAIL. I went thru TrueCar to find a new car and I was sent a message by the internet director of New Century Honda. I asked for them to price match a dealership in Corona who offered me a price I liked. He replied that I should go with that offer. Fair enough. Two days later, he does a follow up. I respond saying that i'm looking elsewhere due to him saying "Hey I think you should head out to those places. Surprises await you but I know you want to save money so it is your duty to check it out." He responded with an extremely racist comment. His comment was "I will check in periodically when Corona dishonors their family just like the virus and cannot honor that quote." My girlfriend is first generation Chinese. Her family is facing more racism than ever now. I called the customer service manager who connected me to the general manager. He said he talked to the internet director in the 15 minute span since I complained. He apologized but said it just that guys humor. RACIST COMMENTS ARE NOT HUMOR. I will never support this business ever and no one in the LA should either. The internet director and general manager should issue public apologies as well donating their time and money to an Asian-American non profit group that will benefit the community. More

It was my 1st visit here and it's for a 60,000 mile service. First impression: ALL of the service department staff are gloved & masked!!! Louis, my service manager, walked me through the service codes and asked me about the type of driving I do. I cover 12,000-15,000 milper month (that's not a typo & my car was bought in September 2019) and told me how that might impact my fluids & brakes. Louis also gave a solid estimate. As a woman, I've been talked down to as someone who couldn't understand a car, I have a master degree in mechanical engineering and designed Diesel engines, There was none of that with Louis, he was polite, informative and friendly. Another interesting fact, 2 of the service team members raved about their owner and how he takes care of their safety, health and he obviously treats his employees darn well. This fact makes it easy for me to do business with them. More
