Got it done the way it suppose to! I have been bringing my 2019 Honda Accord that I purchased on July of last year for regular maintenances. By the third maintenance, I had an issue wit I have been bringing my 2019 Honda Accord that I purchased on July of last year for regular maintenances. By the third maintenance, I had an issue with my brakes. The rear right break was wearing faster than the rear left one. initially, they made a mistake asking me to change my brake pads. I had a conversation with a specialist who told me that this is impossible for a new car. They must wear even. I came back to the Honda Service New Century and had a conversation with Willie Pittman, the Service Manager, and he took care of me. He lifted the car again and figured that there might be a problem with the caliper. He ordered the part and scheduled the change. initially, I supposed to have to pay for the pads. But, as he understood that the pads have been wearing more than it should, they decided to take care of it and supply also the pads. I am grateful that all turned out the way it should. I do recommend the New Century Honda Service. Thank you Willie for your service. Luiz More
