Service I went to the service department to have an extra key cut and programmed because one of our keys didn't work when we bought the car. Of course the sal I went to the service department to have an extra key cut and programmed because one of our keys didn't work when we bought the car. Of course the sales and parts departments over promised about how quickly the service team could get the key done. On the phone they told me, "Just half an hour, no need for a loaner vehicle. In the time it will take you to fill out the rental paperwork the key will be done!" Well of course service was packed and when I mentioned the half hour time frame promised to me I could tell my service advisor was shocked. I am so lucky to have gotten Jesse as my service advisor because after I told him I had already been there 3 times to deal with the key with a different story every time he told me he would do his best to get it done quickly and sure enough he did! If you go to New Century Honda for service be sure to ask for Jesse. He fixed a 3 month long very irritating situation in half an hour. Thank you Jesse!!! More

I had a poor experience . I came to new Century for a airbag recall replacement. After it was done I had a new warning light on my dashboard that said SRS. This warnin . I came to new Century for a airbag recall replacement. After it was done I had a new warning light on my dashboard that said SRS. This warning light was not on before I came in. Also, every step of the process was slow, and uncommunicative. I waited over an hour for a shuttle, and then when I finally asked to get my car back with the light on it took 25 minutes to come to the curb. I will not be using this dealership again. More

Lost My Trust, Never Again So far I thought my experience would be easy and fast. I came into Honda just to get my car oil and filter changed. I was waiting for the workers to a So far I thought my experience would be easy and fast. I came into Honda just to get my car oil and filter changed. I was waiting for the workers to assist me. But however they seem like they communicate or inform employees especially the customers. I had my car parked out by the service office til one of the workers told me to “leave my keys in the car” so I did and went inside to fill out the paper work then later another worker asked for my keys, I informed him that I left my keys in the car. I just left the dealership, then mins later I was informed that they can’t find my keys. I was very irritated that when that happened because I just did as what Honda’s employees asked so they can work on my car, it told 40 mins to have them look at security cameras to see if someone has been into my car but however nothing from what the security footage showed me. So they informed me that I would they a little longer for then to replicate anew key. Luckily I had a spare keys in my car but these keys weren’t programmed into my car but I did saved more time from having to wait. As everything was done I finally paid for the oil change and left. Also none of the workers were helpful or courteous to inform me if my keys have been found because along with those were keys to my apartment they lost. My overall experience is that this was the WORST SERVICES I have ever got from Honda at this location. From what I just got and was treated I will not be coming to this location again. I would rather drive downtown or further to any Honda dealerships that will provide me with better, customer service, communication and respect. More
