Easy Peasy From the moment my family drove up, we had an easygoing, non-stressful experience. We had been driving around, comparing cars and prices all day. So, we got to experience a range of dealerships and salesman personalities. New Century Honda was no different in that, from the moment we walked onto the property, a sales rep was quick to help us out. The difference was that Ricardo, our sales representative, wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He allowed us to ask questions and tell him what we were looking for. When we found the car we liked, we were given all the time we needed to explore, play, test drive and inspect. I brought my children along, because this new car would be was just as much a part of their lives as my own. Not once did we have a problem with anyone browbeating us for our kids climbing into a car or making “unwanted noise”. Instead, they were treated with respect and kindness. When the time had come to trade-in, we were again given as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our old car. Overall, we were treated with a straightforward, friendly, honest and respectful manner. Management was willing to hear us out and negotiate fairly. I think we were given a great deal on a great car by people that were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend New Century Honda and will return to them for my future business. More

Liked something and was ready to pull the trigger until they started to raise the price and say they have the wrong MSRP on the car. Both the sales person (Tina) and manager were very rude, no explanation, nothing. Congrats Glendale Honda you just lost one sale of a high end vehicle!! More
Not Thorough with their work I was not happy with my recent visit here on 8/24/19 for my 10:15am appointment. I came to get my car assessed for an oil leak. I was then told I had I was not happy with my recent visit here on 8/24/19 for my 10:15am appointment. I came to get my car assessed for an oil leak. I was then told I had 3 leaks along with other issues. I had the two main leaks addressed: engine oil pain leak and rear main seal leak. The estimated cost was $2,000. I decided to get it done due to it’s importance and their recommendation. I ended having to wait 7 hours. When I returned to pick up my car, the guy who was my advisor had already left so another guy who did not know of any work done on my car kindly explained to me what was done as he looked at my receipt. I left the service center passed 5pm and was one of the last cars to leave. Then 30 mins after driving my car, my engine light and steering light appear on my dashboard. My speedometer stops working, my gas meter was also malfunctioning and numbers going up and down and My dashboard couldn't not even show what gear I was on due to it malfunctioning. I felt very unsafe driving my car and I couldn’t not go back as the service center closed at 5pm and was closed the following day which was a Sunday. Feeling very unsafe, I had no choice but to miss work on Monday so that I could go back to Honda and get this malfunction addressed. The same advisor told me that the issue was that a connector in my computer system was not plugged in all the way and that the mechanic did do a lot work on my car. Although I do understand that a lot of work on my car was done, the fact that I spent $2000 and had to wait 7 hrs only to have a malfunction because they were not thorough in their work is ridiculous and frustrating. I spent a lot of time and money and had to miss work due to their mistake. This caused my a lot of inconvenience and would not recommend this service center. More
