I have been a customer of Ferrando (now New Motors) Ford for decades. I recently purchased a new (to me) Escape Platinum and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and sales team. My salesmen were knowledg for decades. I recently purchased a new (to me) Escape Platinum and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and sales team. My salesmen were knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Additionally, their service department is second to none! Arlen and his crew have always provided great service for my vehicles over the years and I never once felt like I was being upsold or talked down to (that "Where's your husband" kind of attitude I've experienced in other places - ladies, you know what I'm talking about!) I can't praise them enough and the Service Department is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work! More
