My husband and I live in another state and decided to travel to Newton Nissan to make our purchase based on the outstanding price we found on the vehi My husband and I live in another state and decided to travel to Newton Nissan to make our purchase based on the outstanding price we found on the vehicle we were searching for as well as the unmatched customer service that we received. Gregg was absolutely wonderful to work with. Most of the details of the car were worked out via internet sales but with our first interaction, Gregg was excellent. He was very attentive to our questions and ensured we had answers in a timely manner. He showed, unlike a few other Nissan dealers we contacted, that he cared about and wanted our business. He was extremely appreciative that we decided to come a long way and purchase from him. Also Bruce in financing was extremely personable and made the process very easy. He explained thoroughly everything we were signing and was very conscious of our time. That was very much appreciated. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the time it took to wash and clean the car. We waited an additional an hour for the car to be cleaned which seemed like an activity that could have been done in parallel to negotiation and closing. The negotiation and closing process was much quicker than the car cleaning. Although we did appreciate the detail placed on cleaning the car, it was a bit inconvenient. I could tell it was making Gregg a bit uncomfortable and somewhat frustrated that it was taking so long and might have a negative impact on our experience. More
