When we arrived Greg was working with another client but he did come to meet us and introduced us to James and he was just as great. Greg did check with us several times. I had a interesting situation that, I thought, would make it difficult for me to purchase another car. After giving the new car situation some serious thought, I called Collin back and told him what situation I was in and what my fears were. He told me to come on down to the dealership and have a look on the lot or look online at their inventory. I was hesitant at first, driving to Gallatin from Nashville just to be told "no" but he assured me that it was worth looking into and while he can't guarantee anything, he can promise to do everything he can to help me. He went on to say that Newton was not your typical dealership. He was right!! I came in on my lunch break and bought a brand new 2014 Altima. I have bought several cars in the past but I have never bought one that fast. After I picked out the one I was interested in and test drove it, Collin went to work. In the meantime he brought me cold water and told me every step of the process as it was happening. Several other members of the staff came to me and introduced themselves, handed me business cards and told me that if I ever needed anything and Collin was out that I could call them. Every car I buy going forward will be from this dealership. I have sung Newton Nissans praises all week long and everyone absolutely loves my car!!! Thanks for the great experience....I'll be back!
