This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing an auto. The sales rep. was very professional, friendly, thorough and easy to deal with. I was treated very respectably over the phone to start with by Ryan May. He went to Shelbyville,Tn. to get the Altima that I was interested in,even though he had no commitment from me that I would buy fro with by Ryan May. He went to Shelbyville,Tn. to get the Altima that I was interested in,even though he had no commitment from me that I would buy from Newton Nissan. I was not happy with the initial offer on my trade nor the asking price of the Altima(it was a reasonable price). I had planned on spending a few thousand less and was actually ready to leave based on my budget. Ryan and his Sales Manager were very accommodating to me and worked with me on my trade in value and made me an offer I could not refuse! I got a great car at a great price in my opinion! Car buying can very stressful but all I kept hearing was "yes" and "we can" and it made my experience of buying my car that much more enjoyable! I'm getting 32mpg on the highway! This extended from our initial meeting to now which is a week after we purchased. There was no rush and from begining to when we drove away in the car was approximately 2 hours. Most of that time was because we had a lot of questions. He was good at explaining all the procedures, paperwork, costs, warranties, and the electronics in the vehicle. Even my Sweetheart understood! The price was better than I had anticipated. We encountered two other employees of this dealership, Anthony Green and David Smith. Both are of the same caliber as James Scribner. It says something! I was just looking at used vehicles at the dealership one night when I saw a 2011 Nissan Altima Coupe which intrigued me. I was approached by Kevin Mears and asked him a few questions. After the test drive I inquired about the price and it was more than I had in mind to pay. We talked for a few minutes and came to a price we both agreed on. Througout the whole experience he took me serious and I felt no pressure in buying but saw a good opportunity.
