When I visited Newton Nissan, I knew exactly what I wanted as far as color, nissan altima coupe, and what features I wanted on the car. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before and after purchasing the car! They were easy to deal with and not "pushy" like most. It was an awesome experience and I could not be more satisfied with from whom I bought it and the vehicle itself! More

As my wife and I searched for a new vehicle for our family we found it to be a little harder than we thought. We visited a few dealerships the day we went looking at cars in search of a used SUV of so family we found it to be a little harder than we thought. After visiting the first few dealerships and dealing with semi-pushy to pushy salesmen we pulled onto the lot at Newton Nissan of Gallatin, TN. My wife really liked the Rogue and thought that was the vehicle she wanted. While looking at the used ones she decided to venture up and take a look at the new ones. As we were looking over the selection of new models we found a few that we really liked. We ended up test driving one right then and purchasing it that afternoon. Now the best part of the whole experience was the "specialist" who was working with us was great. As you noticed I said specialist and not salesman, because to me that's what he was. Never a salesman, just a specialist looking to provide information about the vehicles. Buck Buchanan did a fantastic job providing my wife and I with the information we were looking for. He never once tried to hand me keys or tell me to get in it or try in any way to tell me that this was the best car for me. He simply walked around with us patiently as we looked over the vehicles. While on the test drive he simply explained to us where to go and where to turn, while my wife and I enjoyed the car and got a feel of what it would be like if it were ours. Mr. Buchanan was very friendly and super professional throughout the whole entire experience. As we were leaving to go home to get the checkbook, which he did not know for sure, he thanked us and told us if he could help us with anything to let him know and he would take care of it. The price of the vehicle did not matter to me as much as the service of this man. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car. The service is fantastic and car is great. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit this dealership in Gallatin, TN. More

I had a great experience with Buck Buchanan and the nissan team. Me and my husband went to multiple car places in the same day and we were turned off by the sales approach that other car sales men were nissan team. The sales men were pushy and just seemed like all they were concerned with was selling us a car, our budget was not really an issue for them. Then, as soon as we went to nissan, we had a much better experience. Buck did not push any certain type of vehicle on us and genuinely tried to help us with what we were looking for.
