This is our second new car purchase with Nissan of Gallatin. Each time Kevin Mears was the agent that helped us. Kevin made us feel so comfortable which made it easy talking with him and expressing wh Gallatin. Each time Kevin Mears was the agent that helped us. For some reason it seems I always buy cars in the winter months which can be very cold, which was especially true this year. I don't remember the temp that night, but it was too cold to even stand outside to look at cars for an extended amount of time, but Kevin was a trooper and went above and beyond and ran to the back to find the car that met our specifications and not once acted like it bothered him as we ended up test driving at least 3 cars before making the final purchase. I would also like to add that your finance manager, Bruce Moss was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is so down to earth and easy to talk with. I also remember him when we made our first purchased 3 years ago. Good impressions last a lifetime. My line of work IS in customer service and I deal with people on a daily basis, so naturally I expect the same type of service I give my customers. Kevin and Bruce did just that.
