First of all I am a Prior Customer and was very pleased with my first experience with Newton. This visit came as a surprise because I had not planned to return so soon. I arrived at Newton and was immediately met by Rich Palmieri we clicked and decided to talk more inside..As we talked, I was introduced to Ryan who was passing by and he replied after an introduction, "Nice to meet you and you decide and we will work it out." I decided on the 2013 Pathfinder which I had seen at Newton Online. My Murano was accepted and the numbers were put together for a deal which Rich had to consult a couple of times with Ryan. All the time the wait was very pleasant in the showroom. You couldn't ask for a better relationship than what I had with the Sales Staff. Everyone I met was very courteous and helpful.
