There was no wait when i arrived, which was nice. The Service Advisor, David Stone, was one I had encountered before and was very nice. I did rate "friendliness" as a 4 instead of a 5 because the receptionist I check out with was a young lady who did not smile at me . She was not at all rude but not what I would consider "friendly". Newton is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. It is always easy to make appointments for service that are convenient for me.
