The car buying process is typically such a hassle, but at Newton Nissan it went smoothly. They have a great selection of vehicles and their prices are the best I could find in the southeast. He didn't push me into buying any particlular vehicle, just helped me get the vehicle I wanted. When it came time to sign all the paper work Rob King made this process go quickly also. I didn't feel pushed or pressured to buy any extended warranties, but it was offered, which was nice. I'll defeinitally be checking out Newton Nissan again when its time for our next vehicle. I Never like going to buy cars. The last time I bought a car was 12 years ago. When drove up to look at a car Buck greeted me and asked if he could help me. Greg was extremely helpful and patient with me, my husband, and two small kids. Bill, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make the deal happen, and he did it with a win win type attitude. The last person we talked to was Rob, the finance director. He had the most patients with us. He went through the paper work extremely efficiently and quick, knowing my 3yr old and 5 yr old was at the fun time of day, nap time. If you are tired of the games and talking in circles, that you get at 99% of dealerships, than go to Newton Nissan. It is a different experience that will leave you feeling happy. I was in search of a used 2012 Nissan Altima and discovered that Newton Nissan in Gallatin was a HIGHLY RATED Nissan dealer by consumers/customers. My research showed that they had several very nice discovered that Newton Nissan in Gallatin was a HIGHLY RATED Nissan dealer by consumers/customers. My research showed that they had several very nice Altimas at GREAT prices. I decided to stop buy the dealership and talk with a salesman. I was immediately greeted by friendly salesman and other staff and was quickly introduced to salesman Chris Whitehead. Chris was very friendly and professional. He allowed me to test drive several used Altimas and was very patient and not pushy for me to buy a car. Chris spent several hours with me until I found the Altima I wanted. Initially, we could not reach a deal with my trade in but after some negotiating with the sales manager Mike Castro and the General Manager Michael Abbondanza, we were able to reach a deal. In my opinion, the staff at Newton Nissan went above and beyond to make this deal happen. I concluded with the finance director Rob King, who was also extremely friendly and quiet comical at times. Rob explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I love my new (barely used - 1,700 miles) 2012 Altima and I can't say enough good things the staff at Newton Nissan of Gallatin. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan vehicle. More
