I expressed my concerns, he listened for comprehension and took the time to answer all my questions and provided back up docs to ensure I was getting a good vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had, I didn’t feel pressured to hurry and buy and the staff was friendly as well. Derrick reached out the following day after I purchased my Murano to ensure everything was well. I highly recommend Derrick and Newton as they treat you like family, I didn’t feel like they just made the sale and didn’t care what happened after the sale was final! More
