This is the first time I have purchased a car from Newton Nissan. They took what is normally a "stressful" experience and made it pleasant. Last week I was traveling from Indiana to Florida when my car broke down in middle Tennessee. I had 4 mechanics work on my car trying to get back on the road, each time my car wasn’t fixed. Two others looked car broke down in middle Tennessee. I had 4 mechanics work on my car trying to get back on the road, each time my car wasn’t fixed. Two others looked at my car quoting the problem as different and costly issues, I had just spent my travel budget on the first four mechanics. I had been stranded for several days and was being told the soonest someone could work on my car was 3 weeks out. In desperation called Newton seeking help, trade in or whatever it took to get me back on the road. They sent a tow truck 50 miles to come get me, my dogs and car. Everyone I spoke with treated me with kindness and compassion. Newton assessed my car and found a simple spark plug issue. I had been overly honest telling them what I was already quoted, they could have charged me for unnecessary work and I would not have known- but they didn’t. They could have convinced me to trade my car in but they didn’t. They simply fixed the spark plug and brought my car back to me in under 30 minutes. I will be forever grateful for their honesty, kindness and compassion. They went above and beyond for me when I was in what felt like a desperate situation. A new car is in my horizon for the near feature and the only place I will consider purchasing from is Newton Nissan. I would like to thank everyone at Newton that helped get me back on the road. You are my hero’s! More
