What Glitters Isn’t Always Gold Last week I purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra and left a wonderful top of the line review for this company. I walked away an ecstatic customer , only to return and what was once a smile on my face when I walked in, I walked out an highly upset new client. Please ask a lot of questions when dealing with the financial dept. PLEASE make sure you know what you’re dealing with at all costs. They pressure you to give them a good name and review, but after what’s said and done and they’ve received their commission sales, they get one over on you. During the middle of the week, I had some questions and called, left voicemails, and messages— no one returned a SINGLE phone call to me directly. I leave work early to go up there physically, wait an entire hour to end up disappointed with little to no helpful assistance. A week ago I would’ve recommended this dealership to anyone! You ask me a week later what I think of Newton Nissan of Gallatin, I will tell you to go up the street to the other dealerships on the strip that hopefully have better citizenship and trustworthiness in their people. More

Hunter made the process smooth and virtually stress free... The only stress was me trying to make a decision on which color. Let me tell you he was very patient with me. I had 2 grand kids that were with me and he was amazing with them. Hunter is a no pressure, highly communicative, quick replying, candid and just all around nice guy. To date, he is still just as helpful with me and my questions / all my needs. I am very satisfied with my whole Nissan experience. More

I got in early in the morning and with in an hour they determined that the parts that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and provided me with a s I got in early in the morning and with in an hour they determined that the parts that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and provided me with a service rental so l did not have to stay. I was called the next day when my car was ready. Chip was on top of everything! I was in and out quickly! Also I did not owe a penny, everything was covered under the extended warranty. The awesome thing is that they looked up my warranty and told me it was covered in a few minutes. There was no run around calling and checking to see if it was covered and no waiting for approval. Glad I bought that extended warranty when l bought my used car from Newton. More
