Above and Beyond! Last Saturday my Nissan Murano started overheating. We happened to be within a couple miles of the dealership and pulled in around 4:20pm. Service was Last Saturday my Nissan Murano started overheating. We happened to be within a couple miles of the dealership and pulled in around 4:20pm. Service was closed. Luckily, Dalton Clark saw us and our sad faces at the service bay. He came out and checked on us; and said we could leave the car there til Monday when someone had a chance to check it out. Leaving the car meant spending money on a last minute rental which was ok; but knowing we had an extra car at home; it didn't really make sense. In discussion; he volunteered to drive us home; which definitely was going above and beyond the call of duty. We piled our carseat , kiddo and muddy feet into his vehicle and took us home. We appreciated it so much..seriously. I'm sure he would have much rather headed home to his wife.
