Brian took it in stride and exceeded my requirements. I had dealt with over 12 dealerships to find the 2017 Nissan Titan I wanted. Brian and Bruce understood the purpose intended of the vehicle and found one that was perfect. Trading my vehicle was painless and a fair price (beat Carmax) was established and agreed to in about 2 minutes (Bruce can be slow ?). The whole deal took about 7 minutes of discussion; I was in and out of finance in about 12 minutes. Josh explained everything, offered options without pressure and beat the rate of my bank! In my lifetime, I have purchased over 22 vehicles from new to classic muscle cars. This was by far my best experience. If you need validation of this claim, I drove 3 hours from Alabama to Gallatin, Tn. I appreciate the most the lack of the shell game most places exhibit. The back and forth to “discuss” my deal and “try’ to get my manager to agree to a best price. None of that, told them the price I wanted and had a definitive answer in minutes. It was refreshing.
