My husband and I had all intentions of waiting to trade in my Ford Escape until I received a letter in the mail from Miracle Ford across the street. Though I knew it was absolutely a marketing tool, I decided to look at Miracle and saw something that sparked my interest. I stopped by Miracle Ford's dealership to check it out, and left with the worst experience I have ever encountered. I love my Ford's but after that experience, I left feeling defeated and highly upset. (I had a sales rep tell me he knew the bank wouldn't approve me and he knew I couldn't get what I wanted, but I could get a new explorer and he knew that was in my best interest). 2 days later, my husband convinced me to go back to Newton Nissan and speak with James as we already knew he was very very honest and our best experience. We drove down there, and that was the best decision I could have made. Not only did I leave with a new 2017 Nissan Rogue, but it had EVERYTHING I was looking for. I was in tears driving away from the dealership. Between James helping me, and Justin working his magic behind the scenes and even tackling my situation, I will never go to another dealer as long as these 2 employees are there. I highly highly recommend James Sheppard and Justin George!!! They will not let you down and will let you make the decision of if it's for you and if you want it! I love this dealership and the experience they have now provided my family twice!!! More

Luckily I answered and was given the news that the other person had not gotten the car we were wanting and he would hold it and not show it to anyone until we could get there (we live 45 minutes away).
