My mother and I just stopped by looking when James approached us I told I bought my 2016 Nissan Sentra about 3 to 4 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. My mother and I just stopped by looking when James approached us I told him we were just looking and didn't want any help very nicely he said ok ill be over there if you do need anything and offered us water. I don't like when car salesman hover around us and he didn't do that at all he gave us plenty of space to look and leave without hassal. We saw a few we liked and we asked him about that he know alot about the cars and was extremely helpful and had honestly great customer service, he really made me change how I look at yall and car salesman as a whole we were looking last weekend and meet quite a few nasty salesmen. The ordeal of a car payment Even though I say ordeal, my experience at Newton Nissan was smooth and satisfying. Unfortunately, my 10 year old Altima had so many problems that the Even though I say ordeal, my experience at Newton Nissan was smooth and satisfying. Unfortunately, my 10 year old Altima had so many problems that there really was no better option other than to buy a new vehicle. So I had dropped the Altima off due to several issues that caused me to believe I wouldn't have made it home from Nashville but instead of home I was headed to Newton's service department to get a diagnostic which turned out to be a astronomical in price and depressing in emotion due to the fact that I have bonded with this vehicle and it got me from A to B and around the bend to Z numerous times. Anyways, I ventured back to Newton for a remedy to my issue and the remedy came in the form of a salesman named Nicholas. He was very attentive and focused on what I wanted, when other experiences I've had choices forced on me but not this time. Thankfully, I was given every answer to each question I had meanwhile with test drive and numerous movements around the car lot everyone was very nice and helpful. At the end of the day, I drove home in my 2017.5 Nissan Rogue and I've been pleased with the outcome of my experience at Newton Nissan. Thanks for Nick and the team at Newton I am a happy customer.
