My husband opened glove compartment and noticed we had no manual. Roy went over the complete dealership looking for our manual. Loads of patience that man has because when he came back to put in glove department there was the manual in the very back of the glove department. Roy never said a word . Wonderful man who took time to help we get my phone contacts in the car phone book and set radio station. I was impressed with Roys detailed organization. More

Good Neighbors! I changed the oil in my 2008 Nissan Titan and (260,000 miles) and noticed that I was getting a drip of oil in the filter area. This had been going on I changed the oil in my 2008 Nissan Titan and (260,000 miles) and noticed that I was getting a drip of oil in the filter area. This had been going on for some time, but I thought it was the filter that I was using. Long story short I went into the parts department to look at a diagram of the oil filter connection which it actually goes into an oil cooler. The parts department showed me the seal that goes on the back side of the oil cooler and suggested that that was the problem. Just to double check I asked David Stone in the Service Department and he said we just happen to have an Armada up on the rack, "let's go back and ask the Tech". The tech told me that the seal was the problem and what color it would be (old) and the the new one would look slightly different. I drive a Nissan for several reasons 1. Can't afford another Nissan right now. 2. Because the one I have has 260,000 miles and it keeps going. More

So, I know must of you will not read any further, but if you do here is my experience, and I write this because I too searched dealerships and their ratings before taking the car buying plunge. My sales person was Matthew McSwain, a young energetic not pushy sales person. I think I made Matthew drive me in like 10 cars and at the end of the day I still was unable to find that perfect pre-owned car, not because of the cars, 100% because of me, I just could not make up my mind. My budget was low, my wants were high. My finance representative was Justin, another young, energetic not pushy finance man, and believe me those are hard to find. I found a car on their sister location website, looked like the perfect car, so Newton of Gallatin had the car driven to Gallatin that day, I arrived and it was love at first site! Please keep in mind I was going from a sports car to a 4-door sedan, it was a tough decision.
