I just purchased a 2017 Titan and this will be my 2nd purchase in 4 years from this location. I have used your service department for over 8-years for my wife's Infiniti, Armada and Pathfinder. The service department has always been great, but this last experience really impressed me the most, from a Customer Service stand point. Randy Miles, Justin George, Ben Stoll and Josh Vinkler did an Outstanding job in making sure that the entire purchasing process was seamless! Their Professionalism in handling my needs and making sure that I was completely satisfied is unfortunately rare when measuring the entire process, but they did just that! This is a great example of how purchasing a vehicle should be from start to finish. Consider me a loyal customer and all of my family and friends will know about my buying experience! More
