Chris was so exceptional and professional from the moment I met at a nearby dealership. My mom (a long time customer at Acura) referred me to Chris. Chris was so exceptional and professional from the moment I met him. He took his time to show me my car options, took a test drive, showed me everything the car had to offer, and listened to me. Very professional & respectful. I didn’t feel pressure at all. There wasn’t any game playing that I had recently experienced at another dealership. Chris El-Smadi did a great job of walking us through the RDX and help us find the trim package that worked best for what we were looking for. Ronald Thomas provided THE BEST finance experience I've ever had with a dealership. He was direct, answered all my questions and did apply high pressure tactics I've faced in the past. He was especially kind with my 7 year old son who was tagging along for the process. Chris and Ronald made this a truly great purchasing experience! More
