My experience with Niello was a mixed bag. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The car (i4-e40) was at a very good price, spotless and fully charged. When sitting down to work out the offer I was told there was a theft deterrent system installed on the car and it would add $1295 to the price. I said I didn't want it but was told it was already installed and couldn't be removed but that they would knock the price down to $995(they claimed that's their cost though I doubt it.) Unfortunately I didn't catch it when doing the paperwork but I was in fact charged the full $1295. And when they said it was already installed, what they meant was that they used a piece of double stick tape to adhere it to the inside of one of the storage cubbies in the back of the car. The device is nothing more than a gps tracker. My second gripe was that at no time in the purchase process was I told that the car only came with one key. When I asked about getting a second key I was told I could order one from any BMW dealer(since Niello isn't my closest dealer). No offer to get me one. So now I've had to order another key for $600 plus whatever the service department is going to charge me to program the key(I'm guessing another $200-300) to the car so that I have full functionality with it. I don't think I would do business with them again. More
