great post-sale service, it would've been nice if they provided washing of vehicle, they used to do it onsite, then downgraded it to a local car wash coupon, but now they eliminated it all together. Again, Always a Pleasure working with the staff of Niello VW. I called Travis the day before my appointment and Travis explained to me exactly what I needed to expect.
