spring, two lights on dash one for air bad and one for transmission error, advisor wanted to charge $250 diagnose on the trans, i told him that both lights came on at the same time after i lost function of steering controls which he assured me it was two different problems (I declined service), I would appreciate a more knowledgeable individual because someone that its not very mechanical inclined would believe it and accept the charge, also that lady in front desk very rude like no sense of customer service. We are in the market for a SUV and we had in mind a vw but the experience I had was not the best, I love the brand but serviced was not great, I may be comparing it to previous experiences from bmw but i would expect the same level of service.
