The service staff were very professional. They ran diagnostics, which showed that a part needed to be replaced. Ron was very nice, friendly and personable. Ron felt very bad about my wait time for my vehicle. The wait times for my car to get its 10,000 miles service was ridiculous. If you know that you only have 1/2 staff on Mondays and Saturdays then you really shouldn’t book a full schedule for service.
