I did not feel valued as a customer, but the work performed on my car was adequate. I brought my car in on a busy Saturday and waited for 25 minutes to be checked in. I had this appointment for about a month prior and did not realize I’d be receiving worse service simply because it’s a Saturday. There were very few advisors available, and the one I worked with seemed very rushed. I did not realize no car washes would be available on Saturday (despite paying the same price for service as any other day of the week). I saw another person offered a free car wash because she had to wait to be checked in (I had waited about 15 minutes longer than her). I tried to help out by offering to pick up my car just before closing time, but because of this, there was no communication all day, and the inspection was finished too late for me to have the option to perform fixes for the items they found that needed attention. When I picked up the car, I was quickly rushed through the checkout process. I then returned to my dirty car, which still had the service number hanging on the rear-view mirror. I believe the service itself was performed well (basic maintenance), but I felt like I was punished all day for bringing my car in on a Saturday. As a doctor and someone who works hard during the week (and as someone who has received good service here on weekdays), I believe Niello needs to hire more people to work on the weekends and fine tune their customer service experience. More

Jason from the Service department reached out to let me know a repair part was in stock so he could complete a maintenance repair on my Atlas. He made a reservation at the shop, and my vehicle was ready by know a repair part was in stock so he could complete a maintenance repair on my Atlas.
