He had an attitude from the very beginning as if we were an inconvenience and lacks customer service. We initially greeted him, as any human would, to receive not a word back. Tried to engage in small talk but I quickly understood that he wasn’t interested. He responds with a flat affect, rude tone, and sassy response to any question asked regarding the millions of documents he expected me to blindly sign. I understand everyone has a different personality, and he clearly does not live by “southern hospitality” as we do, but at a point it comes off as we are an inconvenience, although he is the one providing us with a service. Otherwise, we greatly appreciate everyone’s support in helping us complete our first out of state purchase. More
