Poor customer service I have an appt on monday feb 3 to replace the rubber on the windshield of my 2018 chevy tahoe that is still under warranty. The original service conta I have an appt on monday feb 3 to replace the rubber on the windshield of my 2018 chevy tahoe that is still under warranty. The original service contact was Ashley who left after we were given an appt. and i was assigned to a certain Dennis. i left several messages for Dennis, the service guy to inquire how long it would take to do this work so I know if i should leave the car for a couple of days and have a back up plan whether I should get a loaner in order for me to go to work. I never received an answer and every person I'm referred to at service dept. just goes to their voicemail. More
