Horrible customer care Called about buying a car, I've purchased from nimnicht twice before this purchase. They are close to my home, so why not let them service my car but was sent to three voicemails. The forth time I called the young lady the receptionists was very rude she says her me was Tony. Not sure but will never do business there again. More

No communication! I dropped my truck off for routine service and couldn't get an answer as to when to pick up. I called numerous times to find out what's going on, no return calls. I finally got a call back at after 3 saying i can pick up at 5! Are you serious? I dropped off at my scheduled appt time at 8 am!
