silverado with 66.000 miles and the ac compressor has sized- out of warranty but chevy will not contribute at all towards repair -had it repaired at nimnicht service - they seem far more interested in ge sized- out of warranty but chevy will not contribute at all towards repair -had it repaired at nimnicht service - they seem far more interested in getting me to pay than explaining what they found or if work had any warranty after repair - found freon and old gaskets under hood not even professional enough to clean up their mess last chevy and definaley last trim to nimnicht for me - i will find a new road ! The Nimnicht body shop repaired my car once in 2016 and once in 2017, for relatively small dings and dents. Since then, the paint on the hood of my car began to delaminate. So, I brought it back to the bod once in 2017, for relatively small dings and dents. Since then, the paint on the hood of my car began to delaminate. So, I brought it back to the body shop last month to see what they could do. They repainted the hood perfectly and didn’t charge me. I was very impressed, and I’d like to thank Tyler, the body shop manager, for making this happen, and to everyone at the body shop for being very cool people. More

I waited 2 weeks to receive 2 brand new headlight assemblies, 1 fog light, and a control for my passenger seat. Totally fine. The same day I got my car back, the navigation system was reading incorre assemblies, 1 fog light, and a control for my passenger seat. Totally fine. The same day I got my car back, the navigation system was reading incorrectly and the knob on my shift gear was not secure. I called and left messages because no one seems to answer when I call or respond to the texts. 2 days after that, I couldn't put my car in park and drove my car immediately to the dealership. I paid over 6k for everything that needed to be fixed, and now they are saying due to wear/tear, I have to pay for the things that I DID NOT BREAK. It's been 2 more weeks since they've had my vehicle and no one will answer the phone or speak to me regarding my vehicle. I am a young, black woman and these people have been taking advantage of me from the start of this whole process. No one has even apologized or offered anything to me. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL & HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. More
