I waited 2 weeks to receive 2 brand new headlight assemblies, 1 fog light, and a control for my passenger seat. Totally fine. The same day I got my car back, the navigation system was reading incorre assemblies, 1 fog light, and a control for my passenger seat. Totally fine. The same day I got my car back, the navigation system was reading incorrectly and the knob on my shift gear was not secure. I called and left messages because no one seems to answer when I call or respond to the texts. 2 days after that, I couldn't put my car in park and drove my car immediately to the dealership. I paid over 6k for everything that needed to be fixed, and now they are saying due to wear/tear, I have to pay for the things that I DID NOT BREAK. It's been 2 more weeks since they've had my vehicle and no one will answer the phone or speak to me regarding my vehicle. I am a young, black woman and these people have been taking advantage of me from the start of this whole process. No one has even apologized or offered anything to me. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL & HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. More

Worst service ever will never go back are by a car from there. Was told truck be ready Friday I called at 4:30 not ready them Monday morning we called it’s ready really 8:30 am could of pick up after our m there. I have been waiting for a mirror cap to be painted and installed for almost a month at the Cassat dealership. I am having almost zero success communicating with my service rep Rian. He finally got back t installed for almost a month at the Cassat dealership. I am having almost zero success communicating with my service rep Rian. He finally got back to me where he stated he was at a funeral which I am sympathetic to but apparently the job couldn't be handed off to anyone else. I called to voice my concern 3 weeks ago to the Service Department Manager. He was extremely short with me like I was inconveniencing him but promised progress. This mirror cap was supposedly "walked" to the body shop 2 weeks ago and still nothing. It's painting a mirror cap for God's sake. What is the issue?!? I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and had all my services done here. This experience has soured me to the extent I where I will never do business with Nimnicht again. If you're reading this you can cancel this mirror cap service. I will take my business somewhere else. Simply Ridiculous! More
I took my car in on 12/16. They advised me that the thermostat had gone bad and while that was covered under warranty they recommended a coolant flush to get the air out when they did the swap. I agreed to this at the $149.99 price as well as some other regularly scheduled maintenance. I picked up the car on 12/18 and drove it expecting all was right. While driving I found my washer fluid was no longer coming out. I assumed it was empty of fluid. I had some washer fluid delivered the next day and went to fill it. This meant the car was cold. I checked and found the washer fluid was full. The washer fluid reservoir is right next to the coolant reservoir and to my surprise after paying $150 for a flush to make sure it was full - it was empty. I took it back on 12/22. I was told they never worked near the washer fluid pump - it's right under the reservoir - so they couldn't have caused that so I had to pay for that. They also said the coolant is full. Well either you didn't do the job I paid $150 for or you lied or you are just stupid. No matter which, I'm taking it back Monday, getting a manager, and providing the the pages from the repair manual showing that they either lied about doing the flush or they lied about not working on that side of the car. More
