I have a 2017 Nissan rogue and have had it serviced at this dealership for almost 7 years. I have always had quality work done but most recently had the best experience with customer service. I spoke with this dealership for almost 7 years. I have always had quality work done but most recently had the best experience with customer service. I spoke with Elaine on the phone to make the appointment and she was helpful and very kind. I had a wonderful experience with Mack in the service department who treated me respectfully and kindly. Moreover, he was informative and definitely building long-term relationships with his customers. I was quite impressed. More

Wilson was great in helping me get the cost reduced and refunded back to me when the definitely overcharged me for a gas cap. He was attentive. However, service folks did not follow instructions on the pri refunded back to me when the definitely overcharged me for a gas cap. He was attentive. However, service folks did not follow instructions on the print out from Wilson to top off my wiper fluid. Experience has been mediocre compared to when I first started using them 4 years ago. More

Love being able to get my vehicle serviced quickly on my schedule and being able to get an estimated time of completion.
