my exprence with nissan was great very proffessional the only problem i had is that the price i paid and the price of the car that i was quoted over the emails between myself and mr brown changed from our e only problem i had is that the price i paid and the price of the car that i was quoted over the emails between myself and mr brown changed from our emails to the time i got to the dealership and i was not told till i was signing the papers that this one was 3000 dollars higher i ask mr brown if the car i was inquiring about was in stock he emailed back and said yes we have it on the lot and its still in plastic . my email to him was do you have it in stock because most of the cars on the internet were not there when i got there and that was his reply my car should have been 11770 insted it was 14000 if i had none before i drove from bonaqua tn i probly would have stayed home i could have gotton this price at nissan down the road ...you got me More

After having some unpleasant experiences in the past with car dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to meet Greg Smith. He was quick to offer his services and very friendly right away. He truly made the car buying experience a positive one. I knew that I was interested in purchasing a Juke, but did not know much about them. He took me to look at one and started explaining all the different features. He was very thorough, but explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. As I took the car for a test drive, he continued to explain the different features and was patient with me while I figured everything out. After returning to the dealership and starting paper work, he walked me through the entire process and made it as easy as possible. I ended the day with a beautiful new car and a positive experience. Greg made the whole day enjoyable and as stress free as possible. I would recommend Greg and the Nissan of Cool Springs dealership to any of my friends or family interested in purchasing a new car. It has taken me a while to post this rating due to my own procrastination. However, I think I can give more feedback since I have now worked with both the sales and service department (yes, it has been so lo procrastination.
