Total triumph of arrogance, rudeness and unprofessionalism. Today I walked in to purchase a certified pre-owned car I found online at NissanUSA. I wanted to make sure it runs good, has no malfunctions or body d Today I walked in to purchase a certified pre-owned car I found online at NissanUSA. I wanted to make sure it runs good, has no malfunctions or body damages and if so - get it the same day. A sales person didn’t greet me nor asked my name or introduced himself. Ok, newbie salesman, I thought. He had no badge. He just asked me what I am looking for. I told him about the item I found and the stock number from the online listing, he started making a search and after 5 min found it in his database. Then he left telling he’s going to find a key, came back shortly after and here we are walking out to see the car. I assessed the exterior condition and it was pretty good (2019 made). I asked for a key to get inside for inspecting interior condition and get a quick ride together. He told he has no key (yes, those ones he told he got in a dealership beforehand). I asked him to grab the key. He silently left me with 100F on a parking lot with no shadow. Finally, he’s getting back. I’m asking the key. He answered “It unlocked” holding the key in his hand and speaking in a manner like we’re on his drive way and I’m asking to test his own vehicle which is not for sale. I clarified I want to take a ride and he responded with the same speech. While studying his habits I explained that to get a deal I need to check it on a road. He announced he need my driver license (has bought 4 cars by now and never been asked for that) keeping his speech’ fashion at the same arrogance level. Ok, I’m getting ID from my wallet and passing it. Then I asked his name. He replies: - You don’t need it (remember, he has no badge) - What’s your supervisor name? - It’s not your business, go ask inside at the reception if you want. Good piece of advise. Got his name, turned out to be Pasao Yang. Leaving the building. My hero standing outside with his partner. I’m wishing him good luck. - Go home! I know who you are! Go home! I know who you are! Go home! He was so excited about me that even his partner was trying to save his yelling body. It's just pathetic. Bottom line: if you want to spend some time watching a bad movie where man loosing his humanity or you just fan of drama - this is the place to be. If you just want to buy a car while having a good time with no hassle - please, look for another place. More

It was finally time for a new car, and I thought I would stay within the Honda/Acura family. But, I happened to stop in Nissan of Elk Grove and met Yang Pasao, who greeted me as I exited my car. He listened to all my needs and gave me a lot to think about. We test drove 2 cars knowing I probably wouldn’t sign a deal right then because I had a work meeting to go to. But, he made me feel at ease and gave me his undivided attention without feeling pressured.
