My experience was the best I ever had at any previous dealership. Easy and fast purchase. I recently purchased a vehicle at Elk Grove Nissan. The stress if car shopping went on too long and was really getting to me. ..Then I landed quite randomly at Nissan EG in Alex’s capable, kind, honest The stress if car shopping went on too long and was really getting to me. ..Then I landed quite randomly at Nissan EG in Alex’s capable, kind, honest and genuine hands. Zero pushiness, and such genuine desire to see me in a car that was right for me at my price level. Nobody pushed me to upsell. Instead, Alex was so patient and working with team ended up pulling out a car with the exact color combo, price, and style I hoped to find…with as little as 2500 miles on it.. I’m really glad it worked out, as Alex and his team made this experience as positive as possible and even took pics with a bow on top, and followed up in a kind way via text.. not pushy in any way. In today’s world I really appreciate when people care and go out of their way to help you, not themselves get the right needs met. That was my experience throughout the whole time which is why I ended up with a car. Thank you, Alex and EG team.
