I did not expect for the management team to reach out to me and apologize nor want to speak to me. I was resistant to contact the management team however Kristean really showed genuine concern so I called him Friday evening with no answer I figured I'd try one last time. Saturday afternoon we spoke and he was very understanding and apologetic he sympathized with me over my experience and really spoke highly about the dealership and truly cared to earn my business. I was hesitant but he reassured me I could work with another young lady there and she would make things right! After speaking with my husband we decided if they care that much to continually reach out to me and show genuine concern then this is a dealership who cares about its potential customers.
