Franz Henderson took his time going over the features of the vehicles Nissan offers and answering all of our questions. He was more knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars than the salespeople at the other dealerships. We never felt pressured to make a decision, and more importantly, we felt he wanted to be sure we made the right choice. When we returned to buy the Ariya we had no doubt it was the car for us. More
