Extremely disappointing experience. The dealership (Amy Iverson) texted me confirming that the car would be available to see, so I made the trip there. When I arrived, I was told by Fabio that the car was actually in storage and that I would have to come back another day to see it. I asked if there was another similar vehicle available that I could at least look at or drive to get an idea of how the 2019 model would feel. They pointed me toward a 2018 Nissan with fewer miles. I asked if I could test drive that vehicle since I was seriously considering the 2019 and wanted to get a feel for the car. Fabio then responded, “Why would we let you test a car you wouldn’t buy?” That response was incredibly rude and unnecessary. I was a legitimate potential customer who had already made the trip based on information the dealership provided. If the car I was interested in wasn’t actually available, the least they could have done was treat me respectfully and try to help me find an alternative. I understand dealerships don’t have to let someone test drive a vehicle if they aren’t interested in purchasing it, but there was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way, especially when I was there specifically because I was considering buying one of their vehicles, potentially even the 2018 model Incredibly unprofessional conduct from Fabio.
