I am only giving the Dealer a 4. My customer service rep, Jose Torres, was great and I gave him a 5. But the Dealer needs to know that I waited 45 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. Then when I was checking out, someone went to get my car for me and they never told me where it was. I stood waiting for it for 10-15 minutes when I finally saw my car down the driveway. I went to the car and my keys were in it, plastic was still on the seat, paper on floor on driver side and work order still in the car. I thought that was terrible to not bring me the keys or tell me where my car was. I left. More

Overall I would say that this dealership is great to work with. They have great inventory and are willing to work with you. However I would say with the amount of people they see it is quick hard to reach with. They have great inventory and are willing to work with you. However I would say with the amount of people they see it is quick hard to reach them and sometimes multiple follow ups on my end as a customer is required. There is one person though that has always been 100% responsive to all my inquires and has been extremely helpful on tracking all my questions and her name is Karla Velazquez. She was the one that originally helped me and connected me to the right people at Ford to buy my Ranger. After the purchase process she has continued to be responsive and helpful on my requests. I usually expect once a sale has been done to have to fight for any other help, but not with Karla. She is always super helpful and 110% there for me as the customer. This alone has kept me wanting to work with this dealership and believing that they are for the customer. I usually have to wait a few days and send at least 2-3 follow up with other members in different departments to get my questions answered. I understand they are busy, but requiring me to do additional follow ups on questions doesn't always give me the best feeling. More
