Well not a good experience specially on the timeliness of schedules appointment I was quoted for B1 and 6 service and was given an amount due after the completion of service I end up paying more than what I More

I have no issues with the service advisor my problem was they returned my car with with TPMS warning lighting up, should they check it first before returning my vehicle? I have a 9 am appointment and got my car back at 1:30 pm

I've been coming to this dealership since 2014 and just came back this year for my wife CRV. Thing has changed, not checking on my car TPMS meter makes me think of what else did i miss and waiting time specially on appointment is worst. And more importantly i paid more than i expected. Anyway hope you improved to this areas of service.
